These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and g63 ("g63," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the g63 online gaming platform available at g63.vin.

By clicking "Register," creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. • You must be a natural person. Corporate or organisational accounts are not permitted.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of g63 or its associated providers.

Each player may hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. This number will be used for OTP (one-time password) verification, which is required to activate your account.

Before withdrawals are enabled, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. g63 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for security and compliance purposes.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify g63 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• g63 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified g63 of unauthorised access.

All transactions on the g63 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). g63 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, online banking, and local e-wallet services such as GCash and Maya, processed as standard electronic fund transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods at g63 under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your g63 account once the transfer is confirmed through the relevant banking or payment channel. Processing times depend on the method used and the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The following conditions also apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement must be settled before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• g63 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier. VIP members receive priority processing as outlined in the VIP program terms.

g63 offers various promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP-exclusive offers. All promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any specific conditions attached to each individual offer, which are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met all eligibility requirements and completed account verification.
• Each promotion may have its own qualifying criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, and validity period. These are shown in the individual offer terms — not on this page.
• Only one active bonus may apply to an account at a time, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. The applicable wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• g63 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will not be prejudiced in respect of promotions already in progress at the time of any change.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through abnormal betting patterns, multiple accounts, or any other means constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All games and betting markets available on the g63 platform are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game type or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section.

General gameplay principles that apply across all game categories include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Except where a technical error is identified and confirmed by g63, confirmed bets cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled.
• Game outcomes in live casino titles are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer dealing, as applicable to each game type.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. Where an event is abandoned, voided, or otherwise affected, g63's specific sports betting rules will apply to determine the settlement of bets.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay — server interruption, platform error, disconnection — g63 will endeavour to resolve outcomes fairly. Documented technical faults may result in bet voidance at g63's discretion.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from within your account settings:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the g63 platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or use of the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the platform's systems or security.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other game where collusion creates an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine law.

g63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where we reasonably believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, or where account activity indicates fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular behaviour.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, g63 may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent accounts will be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the g63 support team. Pending wagering requirements and active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Verified real money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any required clearance checks.

g63 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g63 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption.

g63 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own gameplay decisions, including losses resulting from wagering with bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside g63's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party system failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

g63 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law. g63 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

g63 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, g63 will notify registered players via a platform notification or email to the registered address before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
